Job Description
As a Dietary Aide (Dining Services Associate) you're responsible for creating a safe, comfortable and pleasant dining experience for our residents. In this role you'll have the opportunity to build life-long relationships serving our residents the nutritious meals that keep them thriving every day. What we look for in a Dietary Aide (Dining Services Associate): Must possess current first aid certification and a current food handler's or serve safe certification Work with the dining room manager to identify dietary needs and develop appropriate dietary plans Reliable transportation and dependable when it comes to showing up on time Effective communicator who connects with staff, residents and their families Demonstrate active listening techniques, gain support by treating others with dignity and respect Compassionate individuals who will represent our community in a positive and professional manner Strong customer service skills with ability to problem solve Ownership attitude who is able to stay focused despite interruptions throughout the day Ability to work flexible hours to include evenings and weekends What you can expect to do as a
