We are seeking strong, established servers to exceed guest expectations for this opening and throughout the season.

Responsibilities:

Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner Menu Expertise, develops a deep understanding of food offerings, preparation methods, and is able to pair with beverages and cross menu items Tableside Service, performing technical tasks required for impeccable service Anticipates the needs of guests and provides high-touch, premium service Supports and serves during events held at the hotel Deliver orders to the correct table in a timely manner Ensure customer satisfaction by checking in with guests and addressing any issues Handle cash and credit card transactions Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Requirements:

Previous experience in a high-end service role preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Attention to detail Must be able to stand and walk for long periods of time Food Handler and OLCC License required Must be 19 years of age or older
