Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor, providing excellent guest services throughout their dining experience. Take accurate food and beverage orders using the POS system, ensuring all orders are processed efficiently. Serve food and drinks promptly while adhering to fine dining standards. Assist with food preparation as needed, maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area. Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and address any guest inquiries or concerns. Maintain an organized workspace, including cleaning tables and resetting them for new guests. Demonstrate effective time management skills to balance multiple tables and tasks during peak hours. Experience Previous experience in a server role within a fine dining or upscale restaurant setting is preferred but not required. Strong knowledge of guest services principles and hospitality best practices. Familiarity with food preparation techniques and kitchen operations is a plus. Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage positively with guests and team members alike. Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
