Position Overview:

Ambar Estate, the first Regenerative Organic Vineyard in the renowned Dundee Hills, is seeking a reliable and enthusiastic part time Server Assistant. The Server Assistant's primary responsibilities revolve around supporting the Winery Educators and Culinary team in providing the highest level of member and guest experience by presenting and clearing food, setting and clearing tables and supporting the culinary program when needed. The Server Assistant reports to the General Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Food running duties including accurate and timely delivery of food to tables with a brief and friendly description of offerings.
• Bussing duties including setting and clearing tables, glass polishing and maintenance of service stations and overall tasting room presentation.
• Cross trained to support basic culinary support functions as needed.
• Attendance and support at all winery sponsored and private events.
• Hours for this role are Friday, Saturday and Sunday with occasional additional days to support events.

Qualifications:

• Available to work weekends and holidays as needed.
• Ability to lift 40 lbs.
