We are looking for an enthusiastic server/bartender who is 21 or over to join our small family owned tap house. You will be asked to handle tasks from opening to closing duties. Duties include, serving food, pouring and serving beer, wine, and spirits. Greeting customers as they come in. Waiting tables. Learning a POS system. Stocking supplies, working as a team and most important providing excellent customer service! We need to find people that want to work that will show up to their shifts each day they are scheduled. We need people that can work weekends as well. Customer service is huge here and we need people that will stay busy on their shift along with checking on their customers. Responsibilities Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons Interact with customers, take orders and serve food and drinks Assess customers' needs and preferences and make recommendations Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails Plan and present bar menu Check customers' identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience Comply with all food and beverage regulations Skills Experience preferred but not required Knowledge of in mixing, garnishing and serving drinks Computer literacy Positive attitude and excellent communication skills Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean
