What We're Looking For:
We're seeking someone who enjoys engaging with people, has a positive attitude, and thrives in a guest-focused and welcoming environment. We're looking for a dependable team member to provide weekday, weekend and fill-in support, helping cover shifts and assisting during busy times. Previous experience in hospitality or wine is a plus, but not required—we're happy to train the right person.
Responsibilities :
Greet and serve guests in the tasting room Pour wine and provide product knowledge in a fun, approachable way Operate the POS/register system Provide an excellent level of customer service Restock, clean, and maintain the tasting room environment Perform opening and closing duties as assigned Assist with packaging and fulfilling orders Support wine club operations and special events Attend staff meetings and occasional training sessions Lift up to 40 lbs. and stand for extended periods
Requirements & Qualifications:
Must be at least 21 years old Must hold or be able to obtain an OLCC Server Permit and Food Handler's Card Available to work weekends and occasional holidays Customer service or retail/hospitality experience preferred Willingness to learn and grow with the team Comfortable working indoors, outdoors, & special events Able to lift and carry 40+ lbs, and stand for up to 8 hours Strong communication and multitasking skills Team-oriented, dependable, and personable
Schedule :
Tasting Room Hours:
Mon-Fri 10am-5pm, Sat-Sun 11am-5pm Weekend shifts required Flexible scheduling: full-time or part-time options available
