As a Server at Komo Sushi, you are the face of the restaurant and play a key role in creating an enjoyable and memorable dining experience for our guests. Our servers are expected to have strong menu knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with the entire team.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide attentive, high-quality service to all guests Take accurate food and beverage orders for dine-in and takeout Greet and seat guests when needed Bus and reset tables efficiently Answer phones and assist guests with inquiries Accept, package, and coordinate takeout orders Help manage the overall flow of service during shifts Maintain thorough knowledge of the menu, including ingredients and potential allergens Upsell menu items and confidently answer guest questions Ensure quality control of food and beverages before serving Monitor responsible alcohol service and guest consumption Restock server supplies and complete side work Maintain restaurant cleanliness according to Komo standards Ensure restrooms are clean and fully stocked Complete opening and closing duties Wear proper uniform and maintain a clean, professional appearance Communicate clearly with management regarding any issues or concerns Qualifications Strong communication and multitasking skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Commitment to excellent guest service OLCC and Food Handler's License Must be 21+ If you are passionate about hospitality and take pride in providing outstanding service, we encourage you to apply and join the KOMO team.
