Job Description

This position takes home earned tips daily and is paid an hourly rate of $3.25 The responsibilities of this position include taking customers' orders, bringing orders out to customers' tables, and ensuring that customers are satisfied with the food and service. Servers are required to have previous restaurant experience and enjoy working in a busy environment. The ideal candidates will have a strong customer service attitude and menu knowledge about the variety of available options.
Responsibilities:
Be sociable and friendly towards customers at all times Accurately take food and drink orders from customers Quickly learn our menu and drink offerings and be able to answer customer questions regarding our food and drinks Be informed and knowledgeable of daily specials Deliver food and drinks to customers promptly Make food and drink recommendations to customers Have good communication skills with other people, particularly other servers and staff and customers Wear appropriate attire for the work environment Requirements Minimum one year of service experience Must successfully complete RAMP training within first six months of employment Ability to carry food trays up to 25 lbs. Excellent customer service skills Proven record of ability to work in fast paced environments
