Role:
As a Maintenance Assistant, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks, repairing and maintaining equipment, and ensuring the overall cleanliness and safety of our facility. Your attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and ability to work independently will be essential in maintaining the high standards of our Center.
Responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance tasks, including plumbing, carpentry, and electrical work Repair and maintain equipment, including machinery and appliances Clean and maintain common areas, including hallways, corridors, and patient rooms Ensure the overall cleanliness and safety of the facility Respond to maintenance requests from patients, residents, and staff members Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations
Requirements:
2 years of experience required
