Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and manage reservations using Resy to ensure efficient seating arrangements. Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Clover, ensuring timely processing of sales transactions. Provide knowledgeable recommendations on menu items, including wine and spirits, to enhance guest experience through upselling opportunities. Serve food and beverages with professionalism, including cocktail preparation and beverage service, maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation. Assist with food handling, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas to uphold food safety standards. Process cash and credit transactions accurately while handling cash handling responsibilities responsibly. Support guest relations by addressing inquiries promptly, resolving issues effectively, and ensuring overall guest satisfaction. Skills Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, including fine dining settings preferred. Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Clover for sales transaction processing. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic approach that fosters guest loyalty. Ability to manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment while multitasking seamlessly. Familiarity with food safety protocols, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures. Knowledge of beverage service to assist with upselling and guest recommendations.
