Job Description

Position Overview Ambler Dental Care and Bear Valley Dental Care are seeking a skilled and patient-focused Temporary Dental Hygienist to join our team to provide maternity leave coverage from late August through the end of November. This role is ideal for a flexible and dependable professional who is comfortable working across multiple locations and committed to delivering high-quality patient care. Schedule & Locations This position will provide coverage at both our Ambler and Hatboro offices:

Monday:

8:00 AM

•5:00 PM (Ambler/Hatboro)

Tuesday:

8:00 AM

•4:30 PM (Ambler)

Wednesday:

8:00 AM

•7:00 PM (Ambler)

Thursday:

9:00 AM

•5:00 PM (Hatboro) Every other

Friday:

8:00 AM

•2:00 PM (Ambler) Flexibility to work between both locations is required. Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive dental hygiene care, including prophylaxis, periodontal maintenance, scaling and root planing, and patient education Take and review digital radiographs Conduct thorough periodontal charting and assessments Collaborate closely with the doctor and team to support optimal patient outcomes Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Ensure compliance with infection control and sterilization protocols Create a welcoming and positive experience for every patient Qualifications Active Pennsylvania Dental Hygienist license Current CPR/BLS certification Strong clinical skills and attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Willingness to travel between Ambler and Hatboro locations What We Offer Supportive and team-oriented work environment Well-established, patient-centered practice Opportunity to make an immediate impact during a key coverage period Equal Opportunity Employer Statement Ambler Dental Care is an Equal Opportunity Employer and is committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.
