Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable Process sales transactions efficiently while handling cash and credit card payments securely Upsell menu items including cocktails, wines, spirits, and specialty dishes to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining proper food handling, sanitation, and safety standards Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas to ensure a pristine environment Engage with guests to foster positive relationships, address inquiries or concerns, and promote guest relations Experience Previous food service experience in a fast-paced restaurant or hospitality setting is highly preferred Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable is advantageous Experience with cocktail mixing, wine knowledge, spirits service, and beverage presentation is desirable Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation procedures, and proper food handling techniques Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude and ability to connect with diverse guests Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately and managing cash handling responsibilities Join our team where your enthusiasm for hospitality meets your desire to deliver exceptional guest experiences!
