In this role, you will deliver exceptional hospitality by blending traditional restaurant service with an entertainment-first mindset. Whether you are managing a busy section in the dining room, taking care of guests at the simulators, or upselling refreshments between games, your energy and multitasking skills will keep the action going.

Responsibilities Deliver Dynamic Service:

Greet guests warmly, manage table and entertainment-lane turnover, and take accurate food and beverage orders using our Toast POS system.

Entertainment Coordination:

Assist guests with basic setups for sports simulators, mini-golf, and game areas, ensuring they transition seamlessly between gaming and dining.

High-Volume Execution:

Efficiently serve a fast-paced crowd of restaurant diners, casino-goers, and large social or corporate groups.

Smart Upselling:

Enthusiastically recommend our full restaurant menu, signature cocktails, and craft drafts, as well as gaming extensions to maximize the guest experience.

Accurate Cash Handling:

Process transactions quickly and accurately, managing cash drawers and card payments seamlessly.

Maintain Venue Excellence:

Keep dining sections, simulator bays, and guest areas pristine and organized, adhering strictly to PA food safety and sanitation regulations.

Team-First Mentality:

Collaborate closely with bartenders, kitchen staff, and game attendants to ensure the entire venue runs smoothly.

Skills & Qualifications Hospitality Experience:

Previous experience in a high-volume restaurant, sports bar, or entertainment venue is highly preferred.

POS Proficiency:

Experience with Toast POS or similar modern restaurant systems is a major plus.

Multitasking Pro:

Ability to thrive and maintain a friendly demeanor in a loud, fast-paced, multi-attraction environment.

Strong Communication:

Vibrant, outgoing personality capable of engaging with diverse crowds, from casual diners to casino tourists.

Base Math Skills:

Confident handling cash transactions, calculating bills, and ensuring order accuracy.

Schedule Flexibility:

Availability to work peak venue hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
