Please Note:

We are explicitly seeking candidates who can work both AM and PM shifts. If you have restrictions on your availability or cannot work alternating day/night schedules , this position is not a match.

Key Responsibilities Fast-Paced Service:

Deliver authentic British Isles cuisine and exceptional whiskey/beverage service to high volumes of guests under pressure.

Menu Expertise:

Quickly master our scratch-made menu (from traditional boxties to specialty pub fare) and extensive Irish/Scottish whiskey lists to guide guest choices.

Teamwork:

Collaborate closely with the kitchen staff and host team to keep table turn times tight and guest satisfaction high.

Vibe Check:

Maintain a warm, welcoming, and hospitable attitude even during peak rushes.

Position Requirements Experience:

Minimum 1-2 years of serving experience in a high-volume, fast-casual or fine-dining restaurant.

Schedule Flexibility:

Full, uncompromised availability for both day (AM) and night (PM) shifts.

Stamina:

Ability to stay on your feet, move quickly, and carry heavy trays for long shifts during the outdoor summer festival season.

Age:

Must be 18 years or older (RAMP certification is a requirement).
