Outta Boundz is hiring a Lane Server to provide food and beverage service to guests enjoying bowling, parties, and events at our family entertainment center. If you enjoy working with people in a fun, fast-paced environment, we'd love to have you on our team. As a Lane Server, you'll deliver food and beverages directly to our bowling Guests while creating an outstanding entertainment experience. From taking orders and delivering food to keeping tables clean and checking in on Guests throughout their visit, you'll help make every outing memorable. Whether it's a birthday party, family night, or date night, you'll be part of the team that keeps the fun going.

Pay Starting Pay:

$2.83/hour + Tips Our Lane Servers regularly earn additional tip income, with many averaging $12-15+ per hour during busy seasons through hourly pay and guest tips. What You'll Do Take food and beverage orders at bowling lanes Deliver food and drinks quickly and accurately Check on Guests throughout their visit Clear dishes and buss lane tables Maintain clean and organized service areas Answer Guest questions and provide excellent customer service Work closely with the kitchen, bartender, and management Promote menu specials and upsell food and beverages Help create a fun, clean, and welcoming environment What We're Looking For Friendly and outgoing personality Positive attitude with excellent customer service skills Dependable and punctual Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Comfortable standing and walking throughout your shift Able to lift up to 30 pounds Evening and weekend availability Previous restaurant or serving experience is helpful but not required —we'll train the right person.
