Job Summary We at Phil's Tavern are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in providing exceptional dining experiences. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in food service and hospitality, with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. As a Server, you will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that guests have an enjoyable experience in our establishment. Here at Phil's, we have a full team approach to the day-to-day operations which has provided success for us for over 30 years. Duties Greet and welcome guests in a friendly manner, providing excellent customer service throughout their dining experience. Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring proper presentation and adherence to food safety standards. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including bussing tables and ensuring sanitation standards are met. Handle cash transactions accurately, including basic math for processing payments. Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction and foster positive guest relations. Skills Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy shifts. Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction processing. Previous experience in culinary roles or kitchen environments is a plus. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
