The ideal candidate must have previous restaurant serving experience, strong customer-service awareness, and the ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment. We are looking for someone who learns quickly, pays attention to guests' needs, works well with the team, and is interested in a stable, long-term position. Reliability, responsibility, and good character are extremely important to us. Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, professional service throughout their dining experience Explain the menu and all-you-can-eat dining policies clearly and accurately Take accurate food and beverage orders using the POS system Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining presentation standards Check on guests regularly and anticipate their needs without waiting to be asked Process cash and credit-card payments accurately Upsell menu items and beverages when appropriate Bus and reset tables quickly to keep the dining area clean and organized Complete opening, closing, cleaning, and restocking duties Communicate clearly with the kitchen, sushi bar, management, and other servers Handle guest questions or concerns calmly and professionally Follow all restaurant sanitation, food-safety, and service procedures Assist coworkers as needed, especially during busy periods Requirements Previous restaurant serving experience is required Strong service awareness and the ability to recognize guests' needs Fast, efficient, and able to stay organized during busy hours Strong learning ability and willingness to learn the menu and restaurant procedures quickly Dependable, punctual, responsible, and interested in stable employment Honest, respectful, and able to work well with others Friendly and professional communication skills Ability to manage multiple tables efficiently Basic math and cash-handling skills Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and carry food, beverages, and serving trays Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled Food-safety certification or willingness to complete the required training What We Value We place strong importance on service experience, efficiency, reliability, teamwork, and good character.
