is looking for servers/bartenders to join our 80 person strong team. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, punctual, and reliable. Essential Responsibilities Guest Service Greet every table promptly and enthusiastically. Introduce yourself and create a welcoming dining experience. Explain menu items, daily specials, and answer guest questions. Accurately take food and beverage orders. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout the meal. Anticipate guest needs and provide attentive service. Handle guest concerns professionally and involve management when necessary. Thank guests sincerely and invite them to return. Order Accuracy Enter all orders accurately into the POS system. Verify modifiers, allergies, and special requests. Ensure beverages and food are delivered correctly. Follow proper procedures for voids, discounts, and corrections. Table Management Maintain awareness of all assigned tables. Keep beverage refills and guest needs up to date. Clear finished plates and glassware when appropriate. Coordinate with Server Assistants to maintain clean, organized tables. Reset tables promptly after guests depart. Sales & Menu Knowledge Maintain expert knowledge of all food and beverage offerings. Inform guests of menu changes and specials. Recommend appetizers, premium beverages, desserts, and add-ons to enhance the guest experience. Promote featured menu items and restaurant promotions. Teamwork Work closely with hosts, bartenders, kitchen staff, and Server Assistants. Assist teammates during busy periods without being asked. Communicate professionally and respectfully with all staff. Maintain a positive attitude throughout each shift.
