This position requires excellent communication skills and a passion for food service, as you will be the vital link between the kitchen and the dining area. Responsibilities Deliver food from the kitchen to guests in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy and presentation standards are met. Assist servers by providing support during busy periods, including bussing tables and prepping you station Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations and address any special requests or dietary restrictions. Familiarize yourself with the menu items to answer guest inquiries confidently. Adhere to food handling and safety regulations to ensure a safe dining experience for all guests. Experience Previous experience in a restaurant or hotel setting is preferred but not required. Familiarity with Toast POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus. Strong communication skills are essential for effective interaction with team members and guests. A background in culinary arts or food service can be beneficial but is not mandatory.
