Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Toast POS, ensuring quick and correct processing Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality Assist guests with menu selections, answer questions about ingredients, and offer recommendations to enhance their experience Maintain a clean and organized service station, including setting tables and refilling supplies as needed Collaborate seamlessly with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure timely delivery of orders Handle guest inquiries, resolve issues promptly with professionalism, and ensure guest satisfaction at all times Uphold restaurant policies on safety, hygiene, and alcohol service in compliance with local regulations Support host/host duties when necessary by managing reservations or seating arrangements to optimize flow Skills Previous host/host experience or food service background preferred but not required; enthusiasm for hospitality is key!
