Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing attentive seating and menu guidance to enhance their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring clear communication with kitchen staff and baristas Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation, cleanliness, and sanitation Upsell menu items including wines, spirits, cocktails, and specialty dishes to maximize sales opportunities Process cash and card transactions accurately, handling cash handling duties with integrity and precision Maintain knowledge of current menu offerings, wine pairings, and beverage options including cocktail recipes and spirits experience Ensure food safety standards are met by adhering to sanitation protocols, proper food handling procedures, and cleanliness guidelines Requirements Previous food service experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting; fine dining or nightclub experience is a plus Familiarity with Toast POS for order entry and sales processing Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and handle guest relations professionally Ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while multitasking between serving tables, processing transactions, and maintaining cleanliness Knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktail preparation, and beverage service techniques Basic math skills for handling bills, making change, and processing sales transactions accurately Experience with food safety standards including sanitation practices and proper food handling procedures Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed in a dynamic restaurant environment Join us if you're passionate about creating memorable dining experiences!
