Food Runner | Busser | Barback Neos Americana, Conshohocken, PA Neos Americana is seeking polished, disciplined, hospitality-driven Support Staff to join our team. Rooted in Mediterranean warmth and modern refinement, the restaurant has become a destination in Conshohocken for guests seeking elevated dining delivered with old-world hospitality — service that is attentive without being intrusive, and precise without feeling cold. Quiet excellence is the standard. Support Staff are the structure beneath every service. Runners carry the kitchen's work to the table intact and on time. Bussers keep the dining room turning cleanly and quietly. Barbacks keep the bar stocked, organized, and a step ahead of demand. This is a single role that moves between all three depending on the night, and we are looking for people who take real pride in that range, who understand that the guest experience is built as much behind the scenes as in front of them. Compensation This role is built to attract and retain serious support professionals, not fill an entry-level shift. Hourly base wage set above the Pennsylvania tipped minimum, commensurate with experience Support staff tip-out calculated as a designated percentage of the total food and beverage sales of the servers and bartenders you support — based on sales, not on what individual guests choose to leave All tips processed through payroll and paid weekly Private event shifts offer additional compensation and a separate event tip pool Advancement pathways within Neos Americana, including cross-training toward server, bartender, and café roles What We're Looking For The ideal candidate moves with urgency and awareness, reads the room before being asked, and understands that a clean and detailed kitchen, server station, and dining room is the standard rather than the exception.
