As a Server, you will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that guests have an enjoyable experience from start to finish. Responsibilities Present menus and provide detailed information about food and beverage offerings. Take accurate food and drink orders Upsell additional items to enhance the dining experience. Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring presentation meets restaurant standards. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal, addressing any concerns or requests promptly. Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area. Handle food safely and adhere to all health regulations regarding food handling. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders. Prepare checks for guests and assist with payment processing. Skills Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tables and requests. Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members. Experience in fine dining or upscale restaurant settings is preferred but not required. Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately. Familiarity with POS systems for order entry and payment processing. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. A team-oriented attitude with a willingness to help colleagues as needed. Enthusiastically recommend items and upgrades that elevate the guest experience.
