Server

We're looking for a friendly, reliable server to join our team at North Slope Brewing Company. We're a fast paced, team-first environment that values good energy and great service. Must be able to work weekends and one week day

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
• Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations
• Maintain a clean and organized bar/dining
• Check identification to ensure legal drinking age
• Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations
• Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately
• Upsell food and beverage items to increase sales
• Provide excellent customer service and address customer concerns or complaints promptly
• Complete side work to ensure guest areas are clean and inventory is stocked
• Teamwork is essential, must communicate clearly and support coworkers during busy shifts

Experience:

• Knowledge of basic math for cash handling and making change
• Familiarity with food safety regulations and practices
• Strong hospitality skills with a focus on providing exceptional customer service
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Sales skills to promote menu items and specials
• Proficiency in handling food and beverages safely and hygienically
