Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Skytab POS, ensuring efficient processing of sales transactions Serve food and drinks promptly, including cocktails, wine, spirits, and non-alcoholic beverages, maintaining high standards of presentation and quality Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities Manage cash handling responsibilities accurately while processing payments via POS systems and handling cash transactions securely Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in compliance with food safety regulations, including proper food handling and sanitation procedures Assist with bussing tables, setting up dining areas, and supporting kitchen staff when needed to ensure smooth operations Experience Previous experience in food service or hospitality environments is highly preferred, especially in fine dining or nightclub settings Familiarity with POS systems such as Sky tab POS is a plus Strong knowledge of beverage service including cocktails, wine, spirits, and drink presentation techniques Demonstrated ability to manage time efficiently during busy periods while maintaining excellent guest relations Experience with OpenTable reservations system or similar booking platforms is advantageous Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures is essential Excellent communication skills combined with a friendly demeanor to foster guest satisfaction and loyalty Join us if you're passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences in a lively environment!
