Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Experienced Server to join our vibrant hospitality team. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and present menus with enthusiasm, offering recommendations and upselling where appropriate to enhance the dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as SkyTab POS, ensuring timely and correct processing of sales transactions Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation, cleanliness, and sanitation in accordance with food safety regulations Manage multiple tables with excellent time management skills, ensuring all guests receive attentive service throughout their visit Handle cash transactions accurately, process payments via POS systems, and provide correct change or receipts Maintain knowledge of wine pairings, spirits, cocktail recipes, and beverage service techniques to assist guests in making informed choices Support kitchen staff by bussing tables, assisting with food preparation when needed, and ensuring a clean dining environment at all times Uphold sanitation standards through proper food handling practices and adherence to health regulations Foster positive guest relations by addressing concerns promptly and professionally to ensure guest satisfaction at every touchpoint Experience Proven food service experience in a restaurant setting, preferably with fine dining or nightclub background Strong knowledge of POS systems such as SkyTab POS; experience with OpenTable is a plus Demonstrated ability to upsell menu items including beverages, spirits, wines, and desserts to maximize sales opportunities Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and the ability to engage guests effectively Experience with cocktail mixing, beverage service, wine knowledge, and spirits handling Familiarity with food safety protocols, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures Ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently through effective time management skills Previous host/hostess or cashiering experience is advantageous but not required Join our team if you're passionate about delivering outstanding guest experiences in a lively atmosphere!
