Duties Greet guests warmly and assist with seating arrangements, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities Maintain cleanliness by bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and supporting kitchen staff with food preparation when needed Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are consistently met in accordance with health regulations Use OpenTable or similar reservation systems to manage guest bookings effectively Provide excellent guest relations by addressing questions, resolving issues promptly, and fostering a positive dining experience Support other team members during busy hours, including host/hostess duties and food service assistance Skills Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, preferably with fine dining or nightclub settings Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS; familiarity with OpenTable is a plus Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Solid time management skills to handle multiple tables and responsibilities smoothly Basic math skills for cash handling, billing, and inventory management Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation procedures, and proper food handling techniques Experience in upselling menu items to maximize sales opportunities Previous experience in serving or host/hostess roles within the food industry is highly desirable Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed Join us as a Server where your enthusiasm fuels our lively atmosphere!
