Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced dining environment. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for providing exceptional customer service and have experience in the food industry. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have an unforgettable dining experience through attentive service, knowledge of our menu offerings, and a commitment to hospitality. Responsibilities Greet and seat guests promptly with a friendly demeanor. Present menus and provide detailed information about food and beverage offerings. Take accurate orders using our POS system. Upsell menu items and specials to enhance the dining experience. Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to tables. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal, addressing any concerns promptly. Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate cash handling procedures. Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area. Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines during food preparation and service. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service operations. Requirements Previous restaurant experience is preferred, but not necessary. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests effectively. Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately. Time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tables and requests. Understanding of food safety standards and practices in the food industry. Ability to work mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed in a fast-paced environment. Experience with guest relations and providing exceptional guest services is highly desirable.
