Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their breakfast experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring timely processing of sales transactions Serve food, beverages, and specialty drinks including cocktails and spirits with professionalism and flair Upsell menu items and promote specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and adhering to food safety protocols Handle cash transactions accurately, process payments via POS systems, and provide correct change or receipts Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, supporting kitchen staff in delivering quality dishes promptly Experience Previous food service experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting, preferably with fine dining exposure Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable Knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktail mixing, and beverage service techniques Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tables during busy weekend mornings Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build guest relations and ensure a positive dining experience Basic math skills for processing payments accurately and managing sales transactions Experience with food handling, sanitation practices, and food safety standards in the food industry Join us in creating memorable breakfast moments!
