Responsibilities:

Greet customers, present menus, answer questions about food and drinks, make recommendations, and upsell items when appropriate Accurately take food and beverage orders, relay them to the kitchen or bar, and ensure timely delivery to the correct tables Check in with guests during meals, handle special requests, and resolve issues promptly, involving management if necessary Collect payments, process credit cards or cash, split checks, and issue receipts accurately Clean and reset tables, maintain serving stations, and ensure the dining area is tidy and well-stocked Work closely with kitchen staff, bartenders, and other servers to maintain smooth operations If you're ready to bring great energy to our floor, we'd love to hear from you.
