Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring timely delivery Upsell menu items including wines, spirits, cocktails, and specialty dishes to enhance guest satisfaction and sales Process cash and card transactions efficiently while maintaining accuracy in sales transactions processing Serve food and beverages professionally, including drink service and spirits experience, ensuring proper presentation and guest enjoyment Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, handling food safely, and adhering to food safety regulations Assist with food preparation, food handling, and kitchen support when needed to ensure smooth restaurant operations Experience Previous food service experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is highly preferred Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous Strong customer service skills with the ability to manage guest relations effectively Experience in fine dining environments or with wine knowledge enhances your suitability for this role Ability to multitask efficiently with excellent time management skills in a fast-paced setting Knowledge of beverage service including cocktails, spirits, wine, and drink presentation is a plus Basic math skills for processing payments accurately and managing sales transactions Join us to be part of an energetic team dedicated to delivering exceptional hospitality!
