Overview We are seeking energetic and personable Servers to join our dynamic team! As a Server, you will be the face of our restaurant, creating memorable moments for our guests through outstanding service. Your enthusiasm, attention to detail, and ability to multitask will ensure every guest leaves satisfied and eager to return. This role offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your food and beverage knowledge while thriving in a fast-paced, hospitality-focused environment. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and present menus with enthusiasm, providing detailed descriptions of dishes and drinks. Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable. Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining a high standard of presentation and cleanliness. Upsell menu items including cocktails, wines, spirits, and specialty dishes to enhance guest experience and increase sales. Process cash and credit card transactions accurately; handle cash handling duties with integrity. Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are strictly followed during food handling and serving. Assist with bussing tables, setting up dining areas, and supporting kitchen staff when needed to ensure smooth operations. Provide excellent guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns promptly, and ensuring overall satisfaction. Skills Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments; fine dining or nightclub experience is a plus. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable for order entry and sales processing. Strong knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktail preparation, and beverage service techniques. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours. Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude. Ability to upsell menu items confidently to enhance guest experience and increase revenue. Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately; food handling and sanitation knowledge required.
