Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring presentation quality and proper handling of all items Process sales transactions efficiently, including cash handling, credit card payments, and upselling opportunities Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and adhering to food safety protocols Assist with food preparation and beverage service, including cocktail mixing and wine pouring with spirits experience Support guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns, and creating a welcoming environment for all patrons Skills Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, including fine dining or nightclub settings Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally Ability to multitask efficiently with good time management in a fast-paced setting Knowledge of beverage service techniques including cocktail mixing, wine knowledge, spirits experience, and drink presentation Basic math skills for processing sales transactions accurately and managing cash handling responsibilities Familiarity with food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures This role is perfect for motivated individuals passionate about hospitality who enjoy creating lively atmospheres while delivering top-tier service.
