Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems, ensuring special requests are noted and fulfilled Serve food and drinks efficiently Process sales transactions accurately while handling cash, credit card payments, and tips with integrity Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all service areas, including food handling and bussing tables promptly Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities through effective suggestive selling techniques Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and address any guest concerns promptly for optimal guest relations Qualifications Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, ideally with hospitality Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor Ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while maintaining attention to detail Basic math skills for processing payments accurately and handling sales transactions efficiently Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Previous host/hostess or bussing experience is advantageous but not required; a positive attitude and eagerness to learn are essential Join us to be part of a lively team dedicated to creating memorable dining experiences!
