Club:
Established in 1865, The Merion Cricket Club is a premier racquet and dining Club in Haverford, PA. The Club is home to 2,600 memberships and features athletic programs including tennis, squash, paddle, cricket, croquet and more! Our Club's dining program consists of five a la carte restaurant, ranging from casual to fine dining, including seasonal venues and private event facilities. The membership is extremely engaged and actively supports the Club's highly regarded dining, social and private event programs. About the
Role:
As a Server Assistant, you play a key role in supporting our club's dining experience, ensuring that service runs smoothly and efficiently in a dynamic environment. You will assist servers across multiple dining venues, helping to deliver exceptional service to all members and guests by ensuring their needs are met promptly. Running food to tables in a timely manner, serving guests following the proper service standards and maintaining the cleanliness of tables and the dining rooms are of top priority. We serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner seven days a week, and as a Server Assistant, you will help contribute to an outstanding dining experience for our members every time they visit.

Requirements:
Previous experience in a restaurant, hotel, or private club setting is a plus but not required Availability to work flexible hours including nights, holidays and weekends. Physical stamina to stand for extended periods of time. Capability to walk, reach, bend and lift 25 lbs. during each shift. Adherence to uniform policy, including maintaining a neat and polished appearance. Adherence to club policies and respect for club resources. Must be of legal working age in the State of Pennsylvania.
