Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and present menus with enthusiasm, highlighting specials and upselling opportunities Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms Serve food, beverages, cocktails, spirits, and wine with professionalism and efficiency, ensuring proper presentation and temperature Process sales transactions accurately, including cash handling and credit card payments via POS systems Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and adhering to food safety protocols Provide exceptional guest relations by answering questions about menu items, making recommendations, and accommodating special requests Support the team during busy hours by assisting with food preparation, beverage service, and general restaurant operations Experience Previous food service experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is highly preferred Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous Experience in fine dining or nightclub environments is a plus Knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktail mixing, and beverage service techniques is desirable Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during peak hours Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude and ability to build guest rapport Basic math skills for processing payments accurately and managing tabs confidently Join us to be part of an energetic team dedicated to delivering outstanding guest experiences!
