Full-Time Restaurant Servers Commonwealth National Golf Club | Horsham, PA Commonwealth National Golf Club is looking for dynamic, polished, and dependable full-time servers who want more than just another restaurant job. What You'll Do Deliver warm, polished, and attentive food and beverage service to members and their guests. Welcome members by name and help every guest feel genuinely at home. Create memorable "magic moments" by noticing preferences, anticipating needs, and owning the details. Develop a strong knowledge of our à la carte menus, daily features, beverages, wine selections, and club events. Accurately enter and deliver orders while maintaining an organized and well-paced dining experience. Work closely with fellow servers, bartenders, culinary professionals, and managers to provide seamless service. Maintain clean, organized, and fully stocked dining and service areas. Complete opening, closing, and assigned side-work responsibilities. Follow all club standards for service, presentation, cleanliness, safety, and professionalism. Support special events, member functions, and other areas of the clubhouse when needed. Are eager to learn, improve, and grow within the hospitality industry. Hold or are willing to obtain required food-handler and alcohol-service certifications. Physical Requirements This position requires the ability to stand and walk for extended periods, carry service trays, and occasionally lift, carry, push, or pull up to 20 pounds.
