Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide exceptional customer service throughout their visit Take food and beverage orders accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Process sales transactions efficiently, including cash handling and credit card payments Upsell menu items, including cocktails, wines, and specialty drinks, to enhance guest experience and increase sales Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and safety Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas in compliance with food safety regulations Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and supporting kitchen staff during busy periods Manage guest relations by addressing inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally Use OpenTable or similar reservation systems to manage seating arrangements effectively Demonstrate knowledge of spirits, wine, and cocktail preparation to assist guests with selections Skills Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for processing sales accurately Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments, including fine dining or nightlife venues like nightclubs Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic approach to guest interactions Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Experience with beverage service, including cocktails, spirits, wine knowledge, and drink presentation Excellent math skills for processing transactions and managing cash accurately Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy shifts Ability to upsell menu items confidently to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue Hospitality background with experience in serving or host/hostess roles preferred Join us if you're passionate about delivering outstanding guest experiences!
