Job Description
Experienced Server / Cheesemonger - Talula's Table, Kennett Square Join one of the country's most unique dining destinations. Talula's Table, located in the heart of Kennett Square, is an award-winning gourmet market, artisan cheese shop, café, bakery, and intimate chef's table restaurant. We are seeking an experienced hospitality professional to join our front-of-house team. This unique role moves throughout our business, from helping guests discover exceptional cheeses and specialty foods in our market to providing polished dinner service in our acclaimed evening restaurant. Every day is different, but our commitment to genuine hospitality never changes. We believe hospitality is more than taking an order or serving a meal. It's creating memorable experiences, anticipating guests' needs, and making people feel genuinely welcome. Product knowledge can be taught—true hospitality cannot. The Ideal Candidate Has 2+ years of serving experience in a fine dining, chef-driven, or elevated restaurant environment Consistently delivers warm, thoughtful, and genuine hospitality Has a genuine passion for exceptional food and brings experience with artisan cheese, specialty foods, coffee, and wine Has a positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and enjoys being part of a collaborative team Is self-motivated, organized, and thrives in a fast-paced environment Communicates professionally and pays close attention to detail Is available to work weekends and holidays Is seeking a year-round position and is committed to growing with us for at least one year Has reliable transportation Lives in Kennett Square or the southern Chester County area.
