Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly customer service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using Toast POS systems, ensuring clear communication with kitchen staff Deliver food and drinks promptly while maintaining presentation standards and guest satisfaction Assist with bussing tables, resetting tables efficiently to prepare for new guests while ensuring cleanliness and sanitation standards are upheld Upsell menu specialty dishes to enhance guest experience and increase sales Process cash transactions accurately and handle credit card payments using POS systems; manage cash handling responsibilities responsibly Maintain knowledge of menu offerings including food safety guidelines, beverage options, and food industry best practices Experience Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly preferred; fine dining experience is a plus Familiarity with Toast POS systems Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally and courteously Ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while multitasking between serving, bussing, and supporting team members Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation procedures, and proper food handling techniques Basic math skills for processing sales transactions accurately and managing cash handling responsibilities Join us to be part of a vibrant team committed to delivering outstanding hospitality experiences.
