Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring efficient processing and timely delivery Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and adhering to food safety protocols Assist with food handling, preparation, and presentation to support kitchen staff when needed Manage cash handling responsibilities accurately, including cashiering and processing payments via POS systems like OpenTable or other platforms Foster positive guest relations through attentive service, prompt responses to inquiries, and resolving any issues professionally Qualifications Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments Strong knowledge of POS systems Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment with effective time management skills Culinary experience or familiarity with food preparation and handling is a plus Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Basic math skills for cash handling, billing accuracy, and transaction processing Previous host/hostess or serving experience is desirable but not required; enthusiasm for hospitality is essential Join us to deliver exceptional service in an energetic atmosphere where your skills make a difference!
