Brethren Village Retirement Community, in Lititz, PA, is hiring full-time and part-time Servers for morning or afternoon work hours. No prior experience is required for most positions; we will provide training. Brethren Village provides competitive pay rates and $1.00 extra per hour for weekend work. Servers have every other weekend off, and no late night work hours. Servers provide exceptional hospitality to Brethren Village Residents, Team Members, and other dining guests. Servers set-up dining areas; take orders and serve meals to dining guests; take payment from guests; keep assigned dining areas clean and sanitary; consistently provide service in an efficient, professional, and friendly manner. Servers also assist with large, on-campus catered events. Lead Servers help train, guide, and coordinate the work of other staff ($16.60 / hour starting rate for Lead positions, with 1 year of prior experience as a Server). Servers must be able to carry trays, push carts, stand and walk frequently during their shift; communicate effectively with dining guests; work independently and efficiently; consistently follow safe food handling protocols.
