In this role, you will provide exceptional dining service to residents and guests while creating a warm, welcoming, and enjoyable dining experience. The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality, enjoys building relationships with seniors, and is committed to delivering outstanding service as part of a collaborative team. Responsibilities Serve meals to residents with a warm and friendly attitude Assist with setting up, serving, and clearing the dining area Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen items Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen and dining space Contribute to a welcoming and supportive environment for residents and team members Qualifications No experience necessary — we will train you Willingness to learn and serve others Ability to work every other weekend Must be able to pass a criminal background check
