Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service to ensure an exceptional dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS, processing sales transactions efficiently Upsell menu items including cocktails, wines, spirits, and specialty dishes to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales Prepare and serve food items in accordance with safety standards and company recipes, maintaining high quality and presentation Handle beverage service including mixing cocktails, pouring wines, and serving spirits with knowledge of drink recipes and proper techniques Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, dining areas, and kitchen spaces following food safety regulations Assist with bussing tables, resetting dining areas quickly during busy hours, and supporting host/hostess duties as needed Manage cash handling accurately during transactions while ensuring guest relations remain positive and professional Support kitchen operations by assisting in food preparation tasks when necessary, adhering to sanitation standards Ensure guest satisfaction by providing excellent customer service, addressing concerns promptly, and fostering a welcoming atmosphere Experience Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly preferred; fine dining or nightclub experience is a plus Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for processing sales transactions efficiently Culinary experience including food preparation skills and knowledge of food safety practices Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and handle multiple tables or tasks simultaneously Knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktail mixing techniques, and beverage service standards Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail Experience with cash handling, processing payments accurately, and upselling menu items to maximize sales opportunities Basic math skills for order calculations and transaction processing; familiarity with OpenTable or similar reservation systems is advantageous Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team environment in hospitality settings such as restaurants or nightclubs Join us to be part of an energetic team dedicated to delivering outstanding guest experiences through exceptional service and culinary excellence!

Pay:

$5.00 - $11.50 per hour Expected hours: 15.0 - 30.0 per week
