Knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, and OpenTable is highly desirable. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and assist them with seating arrangements Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining presentation standards Ensure food safety and sanitation protocols are followed during service Handle cash transactions accurately through cashiering systems Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining areas, and service stations (bussing) Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders Address guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure guest satisfaction Assist with opening or closing duties as needed, including sanitation and setup Skills Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, including fine dining or nightclub settings Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, and OpenTable Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality excellence Ability to upsell menu items effectively using sales techniques Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours Basic math skills for billing, cash handling, and order accuracy Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation procedures, and proper food handling practices Experience with food preparation or kitchen operations is a plus but not required Strong communication skills to interact professionally with guests and team members Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed This role offers an engaging environment where your hospitality skills can shine.
