Job Description Bistecca by Il Mulino in Mount Airy Casino is interviewing candidates for Food Runner/Busser positions. The main responsibility for this position is to deliver food to guests and clear, clean and reset tables in a friendly, professional & knowledgeable manner.

Responsibilities:

• Knowledge of all the ingredient details of every dish on the menu
• Delivering food to guest quickly and efficiently while providing excellent customer service
• Clear professional communication with the kitchen and front of house teams
• Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment
• Prepares dining room for patrons by setting tables and stocking all necessary supplies prior to the beginning of service
• Completes assigned tasks and maintains throughout shift
• Completes final clear on all tables, wipes down and details tables
• You must be legal to work in the United States.
