Duties Safely handle and transport food orders from the kitchen to dining areas, ensuring proper presentation and temperature Assist with food preparation, plating, and garnishing as needed to support kitchen staff Clear and clean tables by bussing dishes promptly and maintaining a tidy dining space Support the kitchen team with manual handling tasks, heavy lifting, and safe lifting practices for food supplies and equipment Ensure all food handling procedures meet safety standards and comply with food safety regulations Communicate effectively with servers, kitchen staff, and guests to coordinate timely service Maintain cleanliness by cleaning workstations, utensils, and storage areas regularly Experience Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly preferred Knowledge of food handling, safety protocols, and basic food preparation techniques is advantageous Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms for order processing Strong communication skills to interact confidently with team members and guests Experience with bussing, serving, or guest services enhances your ability to excel in this role Ability to perform manual handling tasks safely, including heavy lifting and safe lifting practices A positive attitude and eagerness to learn about hospitality operations are essential for success This role is perfect for motivated individuals who thrive in energetic settings and are passionate about delivering outstanding guest experiences.
