Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness. Process sales transactions accurately, including cash handling, credit card processing, and upselling to enhance guest experiences. Maintain knowledge of our wine list, spirits, cocktail recipes, and food menu to make personalized recommendations. Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are upheld during food handling, serving, and cleaning duties. Assist with bussing tables, setting up dining areas, and supporting kitchen staff when needed to ensure smooth operations. Build strong guest relations through attentive service, addressing concerns promptly and professionally. Skills Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, including fine dining or nightclub settings. Familiarity with POS systems such as Toast POS for sales processing. Strong knowledge of beverage service, spirits, wine varieties, and cocktail preparation. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours. Demonstrated ability in upselling techniques to boost sales while enhancing guest satisfaction. Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing. Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly attitude and positive communication style. Knowledge of food safety protocols, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures.
