Overview Join our vibrant team as a Dairy Bar Server, where you'll be the friendly face delivering delightful treats and exceptional service in a fast-paced, energetic environment. Whether you're serving up ice cream cones, preparing food items, or handling transactions, your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help keep our dairy bar buzzing with activity and smiles. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and take their orders accurately using a POS system. Prepare and serve a variety of food and beverage items. Handle cash transactions efficiently. Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales, suggesting popular or new products. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, including food prep stations and equipment, following food safety guidelines. Assist with food preparation tasks such as scooping ice cream, assembling orders, and managing food handling procedures. Support other team members by restocking supplies, and ensuring quick service during busy periods. Qualifications Previous experience in food service or a quick service & fast food restaurant environment is preferred but not required. Familiarity with POS systems is highly advantageous. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and positively with guests. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions. Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while managing time effectively. Experience in kitchen environments is a plus but not required; enthusiasm for learning is essential.
