About us The French Manor is a family owned and managed boutique spa retreat in the heart of the Pocono Mountains of Pennsylvania. We are proud to have been awarded the AAA 4-diamond award each year since 2003. We are looking for an experienced Fine Dining Server to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and a commitment to excellence. The successful candidate will be knowledgeable about the menu and wine list, able to provide detailed descriptions of dishes and wines, and able to make recommendations based on customer preferences. They will also be responsible for setting up tables, taking orders, serving food and drinks, and providing a high level of customer service.

Responsibilities:

Greet customers and provide them with menus. Provide detailed information about the menu items and specials. Take orders and serve food and beverages in a timely manner. Check back with customers to ensure satisfaction. Answer questions about menu items and make recommendations as needed. Ensure that all guests are served in a courteous and professional manner.
